Be wary, though, of making generalizations.  Angels were named BEFORE the 
Fall, so some of the Fallen do have the -iel suffix:

Araqiel
Araziel
Ariel
Barbiel
Sariel
Usiel

And, many of the archangels (the "heavy hitters" not the order of the 
archangels) don't have the -iel suffix:

Michael
Raphael
Raguel
Chamuel
Arael
Iaoth
Adonael

I wonder if Steven has the same book I have - A Dictionary of Angels.
