Gaiman is on record confirming that Brust has two cameos in that story arc (he's also the guy with the beerstein in the first issue). And supposedly Cats Laughing make a cameo in "Sunday Mourning", but I'm not sure where. The most likely place is the "four hairy guys with guitars", but none of them look much like Brust.
