Good catch.  I see two references in chapter 21, including:

    "What food to you enjoy?" 
    "Ah, I am from Adrilankha, with (sic) boasts
    Valabar's, with which even his Majesty's meals cannot compare."

There's also a comparison to Valabar's in chapter 19.  

(I'm playing with with a book-text search engine, in development for
the new Dragaera site.  The version of 500YA in it is based on the
manuscript, rather than the published text.)
