There are indications in _Issola_ that the version of distant history
she gave Vlad is not entirely consistent with Sethra's view of the same
period.  Of the two, I'd be more likely to trust Sethra (unless she has
ulterior motives), for obvious reasons.  Aliera, with all of her
height-compensation tendencies, is just the sort of person to sound 100%
sure of something which she's only 50% certain of with 50% being put
together from conjecture, hearsay, and straight-out flying leaps in the
dark.
