Well...there's the arcane *details* (like how it works -- I wonder,
are the Eastern revolutionaries in Tekla pushing toward something like
automatic runoff, or something closer to a direct democracy or
representitive one (or do they not care, as long as people get a vote
and stop being persecuted?)), and then there's the *arcane* details
(like the boundary cases where you can get almost random behavior if
things are close enough).
