So maybe he has a ways to go to grow up.  Really, when you get down to it, 
Vir is that way because he's perpetually uncertain about his own power.  When 
he knows he has the upper hand, he is swift, certain, and amazingly 
self-contained.

Actually, Chekov is a Dzur; the PsiCop Bester would probably be Chreotha or 
Yendi.  I prefer Yendi, for various reasons.

Excluding the facts that a) Jenoine isn't a House, and b) Damien really -is- 
probably right on this one, I'd stick Kosh (and most of his race) as Athyra.  
That, I would think, would be a no-brainer.  ;)
