Dragaera

House Animals

A couple of months back, I stumbled across various artists'
interpretations of people and animals of Dragaera (see archives for
October 2002, subject titled "Pictures".

One of these, Kathy Grantham (nee Marschall, aka Kathana
e'Marish'Chala), perhaps motivated by our finding her, has posted some
art she did of the creatures of the Dragaeran Cycle.

The jhereg looks like she was trying harder to draw SKZB's description
("two legs, is smaller, smoother, his head is more snakelike, and his
wings more batlike").

That orca looks *damn* scary, I must say!  Wouldn't want to be in the
water with one of *those* around.  But I'm not sure they're supposed
to be quite that nasty.
