Or > will that only happen once they give their allegience to Zerika? > That is a good question, I would suspect that anyone whom used to have privilege to the orb had it immediately, however they would have to have thought to reach to the orb which is unlikely as very few know about it's return, no doubt Sethra has a connection because she is aware to try to use it, though like I've thought before if you can be granted the ability to tap the orb it could be taken away, I would assume anyone whom had privilege before the interegnum would automatically have it and anyone born after would not. This would have to take into the idea that there was someone who took care of such things via the Empress/Emperor of the time. Maybe it also knows based on your bloodline like all Dragaeran's get it by default and there is a 'banned list' and a 'Jhereg list'.
