Actually, a Scots woman called her sandwich shop "McMunchies".  (Clan
Dhomhnuill, as it's spelled in the Scots Gaelic, took her side)

There's at least one "McDonald's Restaurant and Guest House" (and
possibly other similar) in Scotland.  The McDonald's Corporation is
actually unlikely to sue the guy because it *is* legal to name
something after your own name in the UK.
