All the Vlad novels are pretty short, expecially compared to other books that tend to get turned into movies. But then maybe the screenwriter would decide it needs more romance, and do what the graphic novel folks did.. bring Cawti into Jhereg.[1] That might give them enough extra material that they need to start cutting stuff.
