Also remember that when Vlad held morganti weapons, he could feel them trying to twist in his hand in order to cut at flesh. She could put up quite a fight.. and probablly help encourage Morrolan to do so as well :) Maybe that's why he's so stringint about not killing guests.. he's afraid Blackwand will get the better of him if he doesn't have a good reason to deny it :) Also, Teazendra makes sense so far as we've seen in a couple of places (I can think of at least two examples from Yendi) where Morrolan uses Blackwand almost as a wizard's wand to help him with sorcery.
