Pretty much same down under. We can play both formats. I can't dub tape to
tape from an NTSC video but I can certainly play them on my machine.

For what it's worth it seems NTSC videos also play their *normal* speed at a
faster rate than PAL videos. The amount of tape for a 1 hour recording is
significantly more than for the same programme in PAL.
