Did he restore his finger, as well? I doubt it, mainly because fixing something that is broken is an entirely different matter than regrowing something that was lost. However, I imagine that if he asked, some of Vlad's friends should be able to come up with a way to get Vlad's finger back, assuming Vlad doesn't want to keep it missing as a reminder. Too bad he didn't think to keep it on ice :) Jag
