AFAIK [1], when reading some Googled usenet search after the publication
of _Issola_ someone said something to the affect of:

"Oh, klava is just camp coffee", implying it is something that is
reasonably well known by some people. [2]

Then again, a lot of your names appear in this thread, so I presume you
remember it better than I.
