By this point he's spent enough time w/Kragar to have gotten the idea that the key to sneaking up on someone is for them to ignore you until it is too late. On the other hand, perhaps the 'Taltos thing' is related to certain particular nutrients. Hardtack doesn't exactly sound like a wonderful diet. Casey
