Pathfinder wasn't necessarily finding Aliera some paths when she first picked it up. Blackwand wasn't necessarily killing everybody with sorcery as soon as Morrolan got her (although she probably was). Godslayer isn't a title of some kind, it's the weapon's name, which also describes her purpose. That is, she's built specifically to kill Gods, whereas the other Great Weapons have other purposes (albeit ones that are still "in one way or another directed against the Gods"). The fact that Vlad will probably use Teldra for other things doesn't mean the name Godslayer is less appropriate.
