I don't know... I'm not saying there aren't Lyorn warriors in the
Warlord's Imperial army, but rather that we shouldn't base our
assumptions of the composition of the army on Sethra's motivational
action/speech. I think Dragons and even Dzur would be motivated, not to
mention the Lyorn. Depending on the mores of the age (this was a long
time before Khaavren and Vlad), it's possible that her stunt would
motivate just about any soldier under her command, just out of their
desire to protect the honor of a well-loved commander.
