There are a number of us on this list that are regulars on the DKM list. Dan is indeed in print after much wailing and gnashing of teeth. There were a couple of self-published limited editions, then he did a deal with QuietVision, a small publisher specializing in trade paper and audiobooks. All the old Bantam mmpbs are available. The Last Dancer hasn't sold all the hard cover LE's so it isn't yet avail in Trade. Also available is a book he co-wrote with his sister called Terminal Freedom. Casey
