It's not there yet because I have a Clever Long-Term Plan (namely that
that info will be encoded within the book files, and pulled out from
there, so I don't have to update it in two places).  A couple of the
books in there now are from Steven's files, which will be to various
degrees different from the published version.  (In this case they're
not preferred, they were just more available).
