Presumably, legal revivification (and other legal necromancy) is done only by using necrophia to control the energy levels of different life-states. But it is presumably also possible to use direct amorphia-manipulation to do so. I suspect that just as Daymar is personally able to use psionics to do things directly without using the Orb, perhaps the Necromancer is able to directly control the energy levels of different life-states, using only her mind and will.
