No, that was Mondomay.  He was a potter, and he never even met Archie. 
Timyin Tin liked flowers, and was human (to the best of my knowledge). 

I may be off on my spelling.  It might be that "Mondomay" should be
"Mondamay".  And "Shellman" might be "Shellmann".  That's what the web
page I found says, anyway.
