Well, would you consider _The Phantom Tollbooth_ a collaboration
between Norton Juster and Jules Feiffer?  Hmm.... well, i think i see
your point.  I consider the book wedded to those images, same as
_Alice in Wonderland_ and the Tenniel illustrations.

Now i'm trying to think of other books like these.
