I try to reply to one or the other, not both.  In Eudora, if I just hit 
"Reply", 9it goes to the individual, not the list, so I use "Reply All" and 
delete the one I don't want.

I don't think he has.  He'd probably ask for something royal.  I assume he 
doesn't answer to "Hay, you!" on line.  Use whatever suits your fancy, I 
would think.
