Issola is still a relatively recent read for me, but I've read the critical scene probably four times. The second time I actually got choked up, and books just don't do that to me. Issola is certainly near if not at the top of my list of Vlad novels. But now I'm concerned - are we going to have three-way Teldra-Vlad-Loiosh mental discussions now?
