I have hypothesized elsewhere that while Vlad is able to converse mentally with Loiosh, Loiosh will not be able to hear Vlad's conversations with Lady Teldra, and vice-versa. This pararectal idea arises from noting that when Vlad was inside the chain or sword or both, doing his defragment of Lady Teldra's soul, Loiosh couldn't follow what he was doing. But I hope to find out in /Tiassa/.
