It's clear that Castle Black has a "customary" location.
However, I seem to remember, and I do not think I do so incorrectly,
that Castle Black is, in Dragon, moved to overfly the battle. If I am
noit correct (and I rarely am), then it would seem that Morollan's
home is still quite mobile (when he wishes it to be).
