Lord Garland _is_ Greycat, the ringleader from Five Hundred Years After, but
I don't think he is a crossbreed. His daughter Grita is.

The Phoenix Guards, pg 230 - [Garland] is a Tsalmoth from the south ... he
is of good birth.

TPG, pg 235 - [Garland] was a small and graceful man, wtih the sinewy legs
and arms of the Tsalmoth.

Five Hundred Years After doesn't say much about Greycat's ancestry, I
imagine because Paarfi wanted to keep us from guessing who he was. The only
quote I could find that referred to his House, in an indirect way, was:

FHYA, pg 58 - and even [a wound] on [Greycat]'s scalp that ran alongside his
noble's point--for he was, indeed, a son of nobility.
