All this talk about poker has made me wonder what the status is on the book on poker / gambling (?) which you had mentioned working on / assisting with. Has it been finished and is it now available? If not, Is there an approximate forseeable release date for it yet? Can you reiterate what your contribution to the book is (or was)?
