If you wanted to be dominated, you'd go with a Yendi. If you could
find one. Of course, this would probably be part of a scheme on his
or her part, but then...
(propositoning a Dragon seems entirely possible...if you do so with
style; clearly, doing so in a way that is an insult is a bad idea with
a Dragon, a Dzur, or pretty much any house except maybe a Tekla).
If you wanted someone to dominate...probably an Isola -- nobody else
could match their "beauty in service" esthetic.

Near as I can tell, prostitution isn't seen the way the Easterners do,
but it -is- working for a living (and working for a living isn't
something that nobles usually do).
So I'd expect it to be not uncommon for courtesans who do not
prostutute themselves openly (and aren't high nobles).
