I have.  It shares with _End of the 20th_ one short story and one 
narrative poem -- hardly "great overlap".  Meanwhile, it has (and
_20th_ hasn't) "Chromatic Aberration", "Erase/Record/Play", "Winter
Solstice, Camelot Station", "Janus: Sonnet", and "110 Stories".
You could put out a book with just those 5 things and I'd call it
worth the 25 bucks.
