I suppose this is possible, though I'm not sure why Tazendra would take Srahi and not Mica. But as far as attitudes, Paarfi doesn't usually think Teckla are beneath _his_ notice. Anyway. It just bugged me, the more so because it seemed to come out of nowhere in such a tense situation and knocked me out of the story--"waitaminute, how did I miss *that*?" Kate
