I wonder how hard it is to learn to speak Jenoine?

That depends on whether the Jenoine wanted it to be easy to speak their
language.  Certainly the gods were designed (or picked) with a need to
communicate with them.   Such a design could have been put with humans and
Dragaerans as well.
