My copy says it was published in the 11th year of the reign of
Norathar II; where did the controversy come from?  I guess I could
check your timeline myself ... oh, it's those funky long dates 
again.

Two possibilities:
1) Brust is way smarter than us (or at least me).
2) All long dates contain at least one error.
