They play before the empress, etc., etc. He says that Minstrels hear almost as much gossip as prostitutes and he has Krager make two rings with the seal of the Minstrels for them. I think (not so sure about this part) they somehow pay the Minstrel's Guild or pay them a favor so that they are told to tell anything they know to whoever has the ring. -jeff
