We don't KNOW of any house other than Jhereg that you can buy into.
That's very different from knowing, or having a basis to believe, that
there are none.

As I am pretty sure I posted to this list a few days ago, in Brokedown
Palace Miklos swore fealty to a Dragaeran noble and joined the Teckla.
That's how he gained access to Dragaeran sorcery.
