Hi,

It seems the Emperor had decided it was better to put a tax on 
meat than to have a monopoly on venison if there ever was one.

Strong Dragaeran teeth?  You mean like from the genes of a dragon,
lyorn, tiassa, dzur or orca?  Heh, all the recipes I have come 
across so far have contained meat.
