I found only one site, <www.orcaskillerbeauties.com/orca_en_03.htm>, that says males have bigger flukes. <www.ravenscience.org/../marinemammals.html> (if this rassum frassum computer is letting me copy the URL right) says "His pectoral flippers are also much larger and paddle-shaped, and the edges of his fluke have a downward curve." which is not the same thing at all.
