Cawti was reading the Paarfi romances, or at least what was available
(given the timing of what we've seen, some other History than that of
the Guards, or the serialization thereof, prior to their Compilation
in Book Form).  But Vlad expressed an Informed Opinion of them, unless
I Misremember, and therefore has at least Accquaintance with them.
