Opera has a similar functionality I believe by default, at least I haven't
installed any plugins of that nature that I'm aware of.

Double click on a word to highlight the word and open a context menu.
There's a Dictionary option that forwards the currently active page to
infoplease.com. I assume you can change the default site, but I haven't
bothered to figure out how.
