Oh, I'm not suggesting that Sethra is neccesarily anything like Count
Dracula. Still, she's a vampire and unless Steve is messing with us then
that means she's a being that consumes blood or at least the essence of a
living being.

In any case, fangs were just an example. Whether she has them or not, she
has SOMETHING that can make the average person stop and say "Hey, look! A
vampire!" Maybe she just wears a really stylin' tuxedo. ;-)
