If they let this go one who's next, the Council? Will anyone be considered
safe? It's the same idea as Mellar. If they don't punish this it's going to
explode into something that can't be controlled. It doesn't matter that Vlad
now has a GW, the grapevine is notorious for forgetting these kinds of
little details. Any two bit thug is going to think he can get away with it
as long as he can find a Morganti blade.

Who's going to know that he has a GW unless he flaunts it? You know, walking
around the old haunts threatening pimps and breaking up S'Yang dens and the
like. I don't really think that will happen.
