Morrolon replies with the second question. Vlad says, "You're right, stupid question." Vlad is implying that Morrolon's interrogative reply was stupid, or/and, that Morrlon is stupid. (Which, of course, Vlad doesn't really believe, but he never misses a chance to dig at the high and mighty Dragon.) Aliera gets it, and smirks in reply.
