I want to say that Jhegaala are entertainers but I could be wrong and
they could be the priests.  I'm basing this off of one fuzzy memory
that was about a Jhegaala "Bone Dancer" of note.  I don't even recall
where this was.  

Book search shows:

I'm not sure if this is a Jhegalla or not or my brain was fixating on the Jgg..

My gut feeling on the Vallista is that they are the architects/engineers/
"hard" craftsmen (i.e. masons, blacksmiths, etc ) of the world.  I'd
need to scan a few of the Paarfi to verify this.  I seem to recall
severals instances when the palace and castle black were being built.
