I heard a Usenet rumor that Dragaera is based on some experiences from a roleplaying campaign set on Piara, and that all the main characters in Jhereg are based on PCs. I guess that would be Morrolan, Aliera, Vlad, Cawti, Sethra, Kiera, Daymar, and Kragar. It's an interesting rumor--can you imagine having Sethra as a PC???--but what really gets me is wondering how the Kiera-analogue and the Sethra-analogue got along...
