We know from discussion in Sethra Lavode that a teleport block is a form of "field," which lets a sorcerer pump in more energy than he could handle raw; we also know that some things (like Serioli amulets) can disrupt fields. We knew all along that some individuals like Daymar could "blast through" teleport blocks, but we have additional reason now to think Godslayer[1] could bring down the field itself. Max Wilson [1] I don't consider this aspect to be particularly "Lady Teldra"-ish, which is silly since Vlad says he, she, the dagger, and Spellbreaker are no longer entirely separate entities[2]. But if I were going to differentiate I'd say "Vlad" here and not "Lady Teldra." Note the way Vlad "fixes the trivial damage to [his own] arm" using his weapon's powers. [2] Does that "Godslayer" a proper title for the wielder as well as the weapon?
