I think this is a huge difference between Godslayer and Spellbreaker. When fighting the Jenoine Vlad could now actually see the lines of magical power holding his allies at bay and was able to attack the lines of power directly. This should be a lot more useful then the blind swinging he was limited to with Spellbreaker. It was able to heal him, but I wonder if this (and a lot of other things he might be able to do) might have been just from having access to a lot more raw magical power then before. I seem to remember reading in one of the Vlad books that the great weapons themselves were pretty much items of pure amorphia, granting their owners far more raw magical power to work with. If true it's possible that Vlad might become a much more powerful Sorcerer then before. When Vlad killed the Jenoine he also described being filled with a rush of power, energy, and well-being. This might suggest that Godslayer has the ability to absorb the power of those it kills. Maybe by killing a god Vlad himself would come closer to becoming on himself. (It'd be about time the easterners got their own god). After the Jenoine fled Vlad also felt like he might start emitting sparks, and thought he might really do it if he wasn't careful, so maybe that's another ability too ;) "I didn't spend all those years playing D&D and not learn a little something about courage." -Some Dork, The X-Files Erik Holmes Shoby187 at yahoo.com AIM: ErikHolmes & Erickh0510 ICQ: 2593395 MSN: Shoby187 at hotmail.com Y!: Shoby187 at yahoo.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
