Will it still turn over? Could be the fuel pump itself.. I *can't* remember if these still ran ignition control modules or not. Ford's were a bit wonky back in the day... -----Original Message----- From: dragaera-bounces at dragaera.info [mailto:dragaera-bounces at dragaera.info] On Behalf Of Sethra Sent: Friday, August 12, 2005 11:21 AM To: dragaera at dragaera.info Subject: (OT already) cars Hi guys, I know I am starting this a little early, but I wicked need help. I bought a stupid '88 Bronco II. I put in a new alternator, new battery, new fuel filter, and had the wires fixed for the fuel pump relay harness. Sometimes the truck will run for a few days and then just die. I really mean die. The engine will stop running, though all the dash lights stay on and I can put my flashers on (I do not recomend pushing it by yourself in traffic). It wants to start. I can turn it over, but it won't fully start. After letting it sit for 3 days, it started last night and I took it around the block (and forgot to take the e-brake off). When I went to come in to work this morning it lasted barely 15 mins.
