Heh!  

May have found the first occurrence of Vlad saying "Heh".  

Does *not* prove there is a Heh connection to Brokedown Palace.

And then I had another idea.  That is a long sentence "This Fornia...". 
We know from Orca that Vlad has read and quotes Paarfi.  Vlad could have
just started using the word Heh because characters in Paarif's book used Heh.
