While re-reading /Brokedown Palace/ in pursuit of character names for the Dramatis Personae on the Lyorn Records, I think I may have caught a subtle joke... In the Interlude between chapters 2 and 3, we hear a Fenarian folk-tale about the commoner Mózes and the Princess Rózsa, and suddenly I was hearing a song from "Singin' in the Rain". (Moses supposes his toeses are roses, but moses supposes erroneously...) Is this mere coincidence? Has SKZB ever commented on this publicly? Either way, it's amusing. ;-) Majikjon
