F5hosting does a daily backup of the site, so at least that's covered. >From the dragaera list archive, it looks like each 100 >messages occupy about 450,000 bytes. Im assuming (perhaps incorrectly) that the message board software must have a way to archive topics, so I could literally archive, then write to a CD and then delete said old topics so they would no longer be on the web server at all. I hope that's correct. > You're *very* unlikely to run into the 5 gig transfer limit >I assume that's per month?) unless you start serving a lot of > graphics, or get really unexpectedly popular. Yes, that's per month. I wouldn't think we'd go over, either. My biggest concern is space. But you could be right about just starting with the $10 plan and seeing what happens. Thanks for all the advice and help! Stacy
